Summary

We collect as little as possible. There are no advertising or analytics scripts and no third-party trackers on this site.

Stored on your device

We keep only what is needed to run the site in your browser’s local storage: your age confirmation, your language choice and your cookie choices (details in the Cookie Policy). These entries contain no personal information and are removed when you clear your browser data.

Language

On your first visit we choose the language from your browser’s language setting. No data is sent to us for this. You can change the language at any time at the top of the page.

Information you give us

Membership pre-registration: display name, email address, country, chosen plan, the model you came from (if any) and your consent choices. We use them to send you a confirmation email, keep your pre-registration, send you the checkout link once it is available and, only if you opted in, send updates about new photo sets (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (a)). Payment details are handled only by a payment provider, never by this website.
Contact and reports: the details you type. They are emailed to our mailbox and used only to handle your request; reports are also logged with a reference number (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f)).
Abuse protection: to stop spam we keep a one-way encrypted (hashed) form of your IP address for at most 48 hours when you submit a form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Retention

Unconfirmed pre-registrations are deleted automatically after 7 days. Confirmed pre-registrations are kept until you complete your membership or ask us to delete them; membership data is then kept while your membership is active and afterwards only as long as legal retention duties require. Messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve them; reports about illegal content may be kept longer where the law requires.

Hosting and email

The website, the forms and our mailbox are run for us by Namecheap, Inc. on servers in the United States. The host may keep standard technical logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and reliability. As we are based in the United States, your data is processed in the United States.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA) you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, to data portability and to object, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us at info@goldnacht.com or use the Contact page and choose “Privacy”. You may also complain to a data-protection authority.

Children

The site is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
