1. Eligibility

You may use this site only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location, if higher) and it is legal for you to view adult material where you are. You are responsible for complying with your local laws.

2. Membership and billing

Current plans: Monthly $9.99 USD, 3 Months $24.99 USD, 12 Months $79.99 USD. The price, currency and billing period are shown before you subscribe. Memberships renew automatically at the same price and period until cancelled. No payment is taken until you complete checkout with our payment partner. At present we accept free, non-binding pre-registrations; you will receive the checkout link by email as soon as our payment partner is set up.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time by emailing info@goldnacht.com or via the Contact page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Your statutory consumer rights, including any right of withdrawal, are not affected.

4. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, copy, redistribute or republish site content, attempt to disrupt the site, share your account, or use the site to harass anyone. Do not submit reports you know to be false.

5. Content and ownership

Photos are provided for personal viewing only. All rights remain with their owners. Rights-holders may use our takedown process.

6. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and where mandatory law requires. Otherwise liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes affect paid memberships we will notify members by email before they take effect.
